Japan is known for well-maintained used vehicles, reliable machinery and genuine parts. From our bases in Osaka and Ibaraki, we source to your requirements, arrange inspection, and organise shipping and export documentation — so you receive exactly what was agreed, wherever you are.

How to Buy From Overseas
Buying a car from Japan is straightforward. Here is how it works, step by step — with one personal contact from start to finish.
STEP 01
Enquire
Message us on WhatsApp, send an email, or use the enquiry form below. Tell us the car you want and your destination port.
STEP 02
Photos, Auction Sheet & Total Price
You receive photos, the auction sheet and a total price including a shipping quote to your port. Every quote is prepared for your enquiry — we don't publish fixed prices, because the total depends on the car and where it is going.
STEP 03
Pay & Book Shipment
Once you approve the quote, pay by credit / debit card, PayPal, crypto or bank transfer — see Payment Options below — and we purchase the car and book its shipment from Japan.
STEP 04
Car Shipped, Documents Sent
Your car is shipped and the export documents — including the export certificate and bill of lading — are sent to you.
STEP 05
Collect at Your Port
Your car arrives at your port, ready for you to collect and clear.

Search live and upcoming Japanese car auctions and find the car you want. Auction viewing access is arranged personally by Awan Motors for registered buyers. Contact us on WhatsApp to request access — then choose your car, and we will bid, inspect, and ship it for you.

Never share your access details with anyone else.
Found a car? Send us the auction name, lot number, and date on WhatsApp — we will check the auction sheet and bid for you.

Tell us the car — or the lot — you want.

Bid requests: Awan Motors checks the auction sheet and confirms the total price with you first — only Awan Motors places bids, and a deposit may be required. Submitting this form does not place a bid.

Ways to Pay
Choose how you would like to pay for your car. The payment details for your chosen method are sent with your official Awan Motors invoice — just ask us on WhatsApp.

Pay your deposit or full amount by card via a secure payment link we send with your invoice.

Pay via PayPal to our business account — details provided on your official invoice.

We also accept major cryptocurrencies (e.g. BTC / USDT) — wallet details are provided on your invoice after your order is confirmed.
Request Payment DetailsPay safely: Payments are made only against an official Awan Motors invoice showing the car details and the total price (car + shipping). Never pay to any other account or name. A deposit reserves the car, and the balance is due before shipment.
